At Quantum Creations Studio, we want you to be satisfied with your ResumeAI experience. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for your purchase.

Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund within 24 hours of your purchase if:

  • The analysis failed to generate due to a technical error on our end.
  • The Service experienced an outage or malfunction that prevented delivery of your analysis results, optimized resume, or cover letter.
  • You were charged but did not receive access to your analysis results.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • The analysis was successfully delivered and you were able to view or download your results.
  • You are dissatisfied with the AI-generated content or recommendations (as stated in our Terms of Service, AI-generated content is not professional career advice).
  • The refund request is made more than 24 hours after purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to quantumcreations.app@gmail.com with the following information:

  • The email address used during checkout.
  • The date and approximate time of your purchase.
  • A brief description of the issue you experienced.

Processing Time

We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
