ResumeAI ("the Service") is operated by Quantum Creations Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), located in Winnipeg, Canada. The Service provides AI-powered resume analysis, including ATS scoring, issue detection, keyword analysis, optimized resume downloads (.docx), cover letter generation (.docx), and analysis reports (.txt).

2. Payment Terms

The full analysis package is available for a one-time payment of $2.99 USD. This is a single, non-recurring charge. There are no subscriptions, hidden fees, or automatic renewals. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the stated amount and acknowledge that the charge is final, subject to our refund policy outlined below.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a refund within 24 hours of purchase if the analysis fails to generate or if the Service experiences a technical error that prevents delivery of the analysis results. Refunds are not available for successfully delivered analyses. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

4. AI Disclaimer

The analysis, recommendations, rewritten bullet points, cover letters, and all other content generated by ResumeAI are produced by artificial intelligence (OpenAI). This content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional career advice, employment counseling, or guaranteed job placement. We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will result in interviews or job offers. You should review all AI-generated content before using it and exercise your own judgment.

5. One-Time Download Limitation

Upon successful payment and analysis completion, you will be able to download your optimized resume, cover letter, and analysis report. These downloads are tied to your specific analysis session. We recommend downloading all files promptly after your analysis is complete. We are not responsible for files that are not downloaded in a timely manner.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your original resume content. We do not claim any ownership or intellectual property rights over the resumes you upload or the personal information contained within them. The AI-generated improvements, cover letters, and analysis reports are provided to you for your personal use. The ResumeAI brand, website design, and underlying technology remain the property of Quantum Creations Studio.

7. Data Usage

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quantum Creations Studio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, employment opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific analysis in question ($2.99 USD).

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer the analysis algorithms, using automated scripts to submit bulk analyses, submitting fraudulent or harmful content, or reselling the Service without our written consent.

10. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
